Lane Gardner is a litigator in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. She represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, businesses, and individuals in fiduciary disputes and trust and estate litigation, and complex business litigation involving corporate governance, derivative actions, contracts, fraud, and business torts.
